This upgrade includes the labor and parts needed to upgrade your laptop or desktop to boost functionality and features.  Upgrading to a dvd burner adds features such as dvd playback and being able to burn both data and movies to dvds.  A dvd has 4.7gb of storage which is 7 times more than a cd and a dual layer dvd has 8.4gb of storage which is 14 times more than a dvd.  You will be able to play & burn both cds and dvd disks once installed and we will install Burner and playback software for free.

Since this service is being offered both locally and out of state you are responsable for shipping to and from, we can providing boxes and shipping materials if requested.  We suggest insurance and 3 to 4 inches of packing on all sides, if you are unsure all the major shipping carriers offer to package it for you properly for a reasonable cost.  

On average a laptop costs about $10 to $15 to ship and a desktop is about $20 to $25.
For laptops we require the unit and its charger and for desktops we just need the CPU.
