Our free PC diagnostic & quote service we will identify the problem and give you an accurate cost of labor and parts need to do the fix.  Apon receiving your unit we will review your comments and then begin checking the machine with diagnostics to make sure our quote is accurate, without issues can go undiagnosed causing unreliable Efficiency.  Our labor rates are often the most reasonable rates at just $35 per hour and a maximum $75 flat rate that includes all labor and our parts are also just a few percent over wholesale costs.  

Since this service is being offered both locally and out of state you are responsable for shipping to and from, we can providing boxes and shipping materials if requested.  We suggest insurance and 3 to 4 inches of packing on all sides, if you are unsure all the major shipping carriers offer to package it for you properly for a reasonable cost.  

On average a laptop costs about $10 to $15 to ship and a desktop is about $20 to $25.
For laptops we require the unit and its charger and for desktops we just need the CPU.

If you accept our quote we will start the work the next business day and keep you informed of our progress.  Most repairs are done in 1 to 2 business days with the exceptions of when parts need to be ordered.  If you do not accept our quote its your choice to have us return the machine or let us recycle it for you.  We will wipe the data off any machine left for recycling.
