Pennsylvania Decree of Divorce - Adult or No Children
A Decree of Divorce is the last pleading filed in a divorce cause of action. The Decree states that the marriage union is officially dissolved and is signed by the Judge assigned to the case. This particular example should be used when there are either no children involved in the divorce, or the children are adults.
