Lawn Service example Form Software
In this example a Lawn Service Provider agrees to provide lawn mowing services for a business or an individual. The Lawn Service Provider is not an employee of the business or individual that is contracting for services.
The Lawn Service example is a document under which a "Service Provider" contracts to provide services for a "Company." Under this example, the Service Provider is an independent contractor with respect to the Company, and not an employee of the Company. This example should not be used if the Service Provider is really an employee of the Company. In many respects, the Independent Contractor example is simply a short-form version of a Consulting example.
Lawn services can include a wide array of lawn maintenance services. The service can include lawn mowing, fertilizing, seeding the soil, controlling and killing weeds and pests, and caring for trees and shrubs. Such services may be provided during regular intervals by considering the climatic changes and the nature of trees and shrubs. Lawn services can also include watering the lawn. Therefore it is important to agree upon terms and conditions for providing lawn services.
The Lawn Service example should be signed by both parties and becomes effective as of the date inserted at the beginning of the example.
