Finder's Fee example Form Software
This document can be used to outline the relationship between a business and an independent contractor hired to find potential clients, investors or other prospects in exchange for a payment or "Finder's Fee".
A Finder's Fee example outlines the terms by which a Finder will be compensated for supplying a business with specific information, contacts or potential clients. In a commercial transaction, a Finder's Fee is an amount of money, usually calculated as a percentage, given to the intermediate company or person (the Finder) of ] the information or contact that results in business for the requesting business (the Client).
Often, a new business or company may engage a Finder to help build a list of potential clients. In this case, the Finder typically supplies the business with a list of names or contacts. The Finder is paid based on the number of contacts that are converted to clients. The fee may be a set amount per client or a set percentage of any contracts the new clients sign.
