Unique and Powerful SMART Attachment Filtering
Unlike legacy security products that filter at the gateway, Ninja's Suspicious Mail Attachment Removal Technology SMART is the first policybased attachment filter that filters all attachments based on email direction inbound, outbound or within the organization. Custom rules capabilities gives you the ability to control spam and any other kind of email. You can supplement the spam detection engine with a variety of rules created on a number of email message properties such as body, sender IP, header, or subject.

With the ability to strip HTML content prior to scanning, as well as an option to add cumulative points for words or phrases that appear multiple times in a single message, you can control how email is scored based on your custom rule selections.

Supports Sender Policy Framework and 'Autowhitelisting'
With the increasing number of phishing attacks, identifying legitimate email addresses from spoofed addresses is important. Using the SPF, users are able to test whether a specific email originated from its claimed domain. Ninja allows users to participate in SPF, helping reduce the risk of phishing and fraudulent email. Autowhitelist functionality automatically adds outgoing mail recipients. This greatly reduces false positives. Unlike other products that have just a single block and allow list for the server, Ninja has individual block and allow list for each user.

Aggressive virus detection and elimination.
Ninja uses multiple industrial strength antivirus engines to scan inbound and outbound email. With two antivirus plugins included, you dramatically reduce your chances of infection. You can set scanning parameters at the policy level including perpolicy scanning that allows you to disinfect and/or quarantine pieces of an email, essentially breaking apart the email message and only quarantining infected files instead of stripping all attachments. You can also allow for quarantine and unquarantine actions at the policy level and set perpolicy notifications to other key contacts within your organization. Additionally, both sender and receiver notifications can be set for any viral activity detected.

With this layered approach, Ninja not only quarantines and cleans viruses but also blocks potentially hazardous file attachments and looks for common virus signatures during the scanning process including inspection within compressed files such as RAR and ZIP files within emails. Ninja automatically checks for updates to the virus definition files ensuring the best possible virus protection.

Using Ninja's powerful policybased attachment cleansing capabilities, you can configure inspection and filtering on a perpolicy basis. Ninja's intelligent Suspicious Mail Attachment Removal Technology SMART filter scans the header of a file to verify that an attachment is what it says it is and has not just been renamed. No more renaming .exe files to get around the filters.

The software sends email to a list directly without the need of smtp server setting.
 

MultiEmail Sender is a software which sends email to a list of email adresses in HTML or plain format.
What differs from a standard email tool is that it does not need any specific configuration
1 It does not need any host name for sending email SMTP server. It acts as an SMTP relaying software.
2 It does not need DNS name setting It retrieves the DNS number automatically.

The software is a must for organizations which sends periodic emails to a mailing list. It has a control mechanism which validates email addresses in the list, separates the failed and the successful ones into the text files and generates a log file for errors occured.

Usage

1 Compose email
Fill FromName, FromAddress and Subject fields.
FromName must be the name which will be displayed in From area of the email. It is the name of the sender.
FromAddress is the email address with the namecompany format. It is the email of the sender.
Subject is short description of the email or a greeting.

Open a text file for recipients
This text file must be in commas seperated values format. You may also edit this file from the software.
Open message file
This text file must be the body of the email to be sent. You may also edit this file from the software.

If you have files to be attached in the email, click on Attach Files button and add files.

2 Send email
Click Send button to send composed email to all recipients included in the Recipients File

All unsuccessful transactions will be displayed on Failure list. Logs of these errors will be displayed on Status List. FailureList.txt, ErrorList.txt will contain these informations.
All successful transactions will be displayed on Succes list. SentList.txt will contain these informations.

4 In case of interruption or disconnection of the internet while sending emails, all states are stored in the disk.
If you try to click Send button, after reopening the software, it will resume sending any pending emails.
