ArcSoft CutItOut is a plugin for ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5.5 or Adobe Photoshop that allows users to separate objects in digital photos from their backgrounds, creating a mask.

Similar in functionality to Photoshop's Extract command, CutItOut offers superior speed and accuracy in selecting object details from image backgrounds. CutItOut has an easy to use interface that provides quick, excellent precision and options for finetuning the object extraction.

For example, you could scan a 4x5 transparency at 600 dpi to produce a 20MB RGB file, do all your image editing at that scan resolution, then apply Genuine Fractals PrintPro.

For smaller printquality output, you can start with a 45MB original, then render the image easily and beautifully to 20MB.

For screenresolution output, you can start even smaller.
