Concession example Form Software
This document can be used by a business owner allowing another party to open a concession stand for the sale of food or goods on their property.
A Concession example is commonly used when a venue or real property location wants to make a product or service available, but does not want to be directly involved. It is an example entered into by a property owner (public or private) contracting with a company or individual to provide services in a public area or on private property. The services can be the sale of food and beverages or other products required by public in that area. The Concessionaire typically pays the Owner a fixed fee or royalty arrangement for the right to carry out a concession stand. The rights under a Concession example can be exclusive or non-exclusive.
