This service is billed per hour at $35 and has a cap at $75 which is our flat rate service that covers all labor needed for a certified experienced computer technician to remove any virus or spyware that has infected your computer causing it to run slowly or give errors during the simplest of tasks.  Today there are 100,000's of varients of spyware, malware, virus and worms that can degrade the Efficiency of your computer or even stop you from using it completely.  For this service you will need a high speed internet connection such as dsl, cable or fios so we can remote in and fix the problems.  Our work is guaranteed for 30days from the date it was performed, if an issue arises we will remote back in and fix it.  With our flat rate service we not charge by the hour but a one time fee that covers all labor, we feel this lets the customer know the cost up front without suprises.  A typical removal takes about 2 to 3 hours because once the infection is gone, we get all the latest windows & software updates to help lock down the computer against future threats.  Even if your computer doesnt have internet access right now we can help you get into safe mode with networking to regain internet access or even help you make a few changes via phone or email to get the internet working again.  All of our staff is USA based, microsoft certifed and has at least 5 years of experience.  Your privacy is our top priority and you can watch everything we do if you would like, we can even have the session recorded so you can review what changes we made to your system.
