Real Estate Easement example Form Software
This Real Estate Easement example grants someone other than the Owner of the property the use of a piece of property without transferring the ownership of the property.
A Real Estate Easement example outlines the terms for providing someone the right to use a part of an Owner's property for a particular purpose, such as a right of way or as a means of reaching their own property. An easement can be in gross or appurtenant. An appurtenant easement is when the person receiving the easement right owns property that touches or shares a boundary with the Owner's property and the granted easement benefits that joining property. In such case, the easement is said to "run with the land" and in the event the Owner's property is sold or transferred the easement right survives the transfer of ownership.
